Lida Studio is a Brooklyn photo studio rental built around a spacious white cyclorama and natural daylight. The clean, seamless background is well suited to fashion, beauty, product, portrait, and commercial productions.

The studio combines an open shooting area with practical production essentials, including a makeup station, V-flats, a clothing rack, a steamer, and lighting equipment. Paper backdrops and a freshly painted cyclorama can be arranged when a project requires a pristine finish.

BOOKING

The space is on the 3rd floor at 13 Grattan Str., windows facing Manhattan (north). The building is new, it opened in 2018. It is next to 56 Bogart Str. building. Lida Studio is 510 sqf and is comfortable for a crew of up to 8 people to work in. It has a floor-to-ceiling window letting lots of natural lights in. The CYC wall is 19ft long and 13 ft deep. Ceilings are 13 ft high. You can use a V-flat as a divider to change one’s clothes behind. The wall facing the CYC is grey.
AC is central throughout the whole building.
There are make-up station, steamer, 2 V-flats, clothing rack and white boxes in the studio.
Paper backdrops are NOT included in the cost of rental. We can provide a paper backdrop for extra $20 per pull, or $100 for a whole backdrop (in that case you can take it with you after the shoot).
CYC wall is not painted fresh every time. Please, let us know in advance if you need a fresh coat of paint. Painting the CYC wall white fee is $100.
